Advertising Specifications
On October 2, 2007 we are updating our ad specifications and on that date will require that all new ads and existing ads that are updated meet these specifications.
- Title: 25 characters
- Description: 70 characters
- Display URL: 35 characters
- Destination URL: 500 characters
- Do not to use unnecessary punctuation such as !!! Or ... or **$$**
- Don't use these common superlatives in your ads, such as "best", "biggest", "cheapest", etc.
We encourage you to review the complete new Ad Specifications and update your account now to make sure you continue to have full access to the premium distribution on Enhance. In addition to the new ad specifications, you will want to check your bid price minimums. Whether or not your ads appear in Yahoo! and other premium distribution, including the Marchex Network, depends upon your bid price and what other advertisers on Enhance and Yahoo! are bidding. When you create or modify your ads, the minimum bid price to receive Yahoo! and Marchex Network distribution is $0.10.
